Accelerator Program
Students build a strong foundation in finance through career orientation, professional standards, accounting basics, and financial statement literacy.
This phase focuses on resume and LinkedIn importance, networking strategy, behavioral preparation, and core valuation concepts used in the industry.
Participants develop Excel and financial modeling skills while preparing a structured recruiting strategy, including firm research and targeted outreach.
Students complete mock interviews and present a final stock pitch, culminating their technical knowledge, communication, and professional judgment.

Katie Stockton
During the semester, our club had the opportunity to host Katie Stockton, founder of Fairlead Strategies and a CNBC contributor. Our members presented their research, engaged with her insights, and connected with her after the event.


Exclusive Centerbridge Panel
BAI hosted an exclusive panel with two senior executives from Centerbridge, giving members the opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders. Multiple BAI members have also participated in Centerbridge’s fellowship program.
